Set a date for our Brilliant Design & Visualization Session. This is a two-hour, in-home design consultation where we’ll explore strategic ways to create a custom design that embraces who you are. At this meeting we will assess your site (current home or new build plans) plus discuss the project scope, budget, timeline, and any specific design preferences

The gathering stage, We gather lots of design inspiration. Narrow down key styles and elements to create a design concept that aligns with your vision. We will then present a comprehensive design proposal, including the scope of work, design fees, and any additional costs. Discuss and finalize the terms of the contract.

We create the Design Map for how we will accomplish your Refresh, Renovation or New Build. This includes floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Collaborate with you to ensure alignment with your budget constraints. Develop mood boards, color palettes, and initial sketches. Present these to you for feedback and approval.

Procurement + Construction and Installation
We set up target dates for each and every step. Effective planning requires organization, communication and collaboration throughout the entire process to ensure a successful outcome.
