must-have home office spaces
Working from home has never looked so good! I gathered up my favorite inspiration for your home office or home office nook + homework stations for the kids. Since march 2020 for most of us, a home office has become a necessity…for me and my family with 2 of us working from home and 3 kids in school +homework…the kitchen table has become the go to spot. We need more areas for homework/work. This has inspired me to create desk areas in their rooms as well as a better office situation for me and my hubby. I’ll be sharing progress for our office/homework areas in the coming months. But for now I have rounded up some of my favorite ideas from past parade home tours I have shared as well as a few others I am loving right now. Tell me which ones are your favorite below?
Love love the open shelves in this perfect little nook created by gatherprojects.com. I love the light wood tones with the vertical shiplap plus gold, black and leather accents.
Love these homework stations…the first one is right off the kitchen, perfect spot to keep your eye o the kids while they do homework and you prep dinner. The second and 3rd ones are upstairs next to all the kids bedrooms, a great spot to focus in on homework or fun art projects.
This office wa one of my favorites..I still go back to it for inspiration. The dark moody walls plus built in is inspiring my own front office living room area.
Love this office spot in front of the shelves and near the fireplace. A cosy place to sit and do your work for the day. I would not mind it one bit. How about you? This space is my friend Jessica’s @2540loveandco her home is amazing!!
More little office nooks I am loving…the one on the left feels more masculine, and perfect to close the doors at the end of the day. The one on the right, I LOVE the open shelf concept for the desk as well as the two shelves up above. Are your wheels turning?…I am ready to create my home office. Goal now is to start planning and stop talking. Have a great week friends!
